As the scene came to life, Candy was seen standing outside of the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. In the background, you can see hyped up fans leaving the building as they talk about the show they've just seen.
"Just a little bit ago, I was inside along with the rest of these fans watching one of my friends wrestle."
Candy smiled. She supported her friends whenever she could. And since she was in town, why not come out?
"Tyson Gregory was pretty confident heading into the event. I should know as I spent the afternoon with him. But when it came time for his match, Tyson walked in as the champion but he didn't come out the same way."
Candy sighed.
"Such a shame, too. But I'm sure he'll get it back soon.", she nodded as she added, "Annnywaaayyyyyy..."
Candy took a breath.
"...I'm sure you're all wondering where I'm going with this, right? I mean, it's NOT like the Atlantic Championship is on the line. But I'm pretty sure Ash Scion is coming into our match confident as can be. Just as Tyson did. Probably thinks she has everything under control. Again, much like he did. But when it comes time to hit that ring, much like Tyson's opponent...I'm going to prove I have what it takes to overcome the odds."
Candy looked and sounded pretty determined about that as she went on.
"Now I know you don't want to believe I have it in me to do that, but I'm going to have to make you see the truth. That's not going to be easy. It's going to take A LOT of hard work on my part that's for sure. But when is anything ever easy in this business? It's not. If you want something, you're going to have to earn it. And I have no problems doing so. Because that's when it means the most."
Candy nodded as she spoke with confidence.
"Believe me, I'm not about to cut any corners. I simply want to stand out by my own merits. And make no mistake about it, this would be a big one. Just think about it. In my first match with Livewire, Zack Fantana picked up the pinfall for our team. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But it really didn't put the focus on me too much. However, can you just imagine what it will be like once I pin the Atlantic Champion? It will put me at the center of attention. Not only will my name be on the tip of everyone's tongue, but it will put me in quite the spot moving forward.", she smiled as the idea of it all pleased her, "That's all I really want out of this. Please don't take it personal."
Candy paused.
"Luckily for you, once I'm victorious on Livewire...you won't lose your championship. At least not this time.", she shrugged her shoulders, "But I still have no doubt that the loss will come as a huge blow to you nonetheless. Since it will be your first one and all. Hopefully, you have friends like me that'll help you get through it though."
Candy tried to be as sympathetic as possible. But hey, this was her chance to make a name for herself. And that is what she was going to do on Livewire!
"Now if you excuse me, I need to be getting back to Tyson. See how I can be cheering him on up!"
As Candy turned from the camera and started to walk away, her friends can be her calling her off in the distance as the scene came to an end.
