Rules are simple. You ask a hypothetical question and the next person gives a consequence and then asks a new question.
Example:
Question - What if the Earth was flat?
Answer - Then we'd all walk off the edge all the time.
ANNNNNNNND GO!
What if the internet all of a sudden shut down for good?
Example:
