So things haven't always gone my way. In New Generation Wrestling, I won my fair share of matches but I was never able to get a championship win under my belt no matter how hard I tried. Then there was Four Corners Wrestling, where I couldn't even win at all. I was probably the laughing stalk of the entire locker room. But I never let it bother me or even made a scene over it. That behavior just wasn't me. Instead, I just kept pushing forward and do what needed to be done. Meaning I continued to go on out there and gave the best performance possible no matter what the outcome was. I put my best foot forward.
Which is exactly what I'm going to do this time around. I am not about to let the past get inside my head or let it dictate my future. I was going to prove that I could be better than I was and make a legit name for myself off the Livewire brand. It all started on the next show where I would pick up the win, along with Zack Fantana, over Cyrus Riddle and Trixie. No matter what it took because losing wasn't an option. Especially if I wanted the boss to take notice to me and be on the fast track for success.

Candy didn't know how long she had been lost in her thoughts for. But when her mind returned to the present, Candy noticed all the bread she had was gone so were the ducks she had been feeding. So as she sat there on the park bench overlooking the small pond, Candy remembered the camera that was there showing off a side profile of her. A moment later, the Sweet Treat started to speak.
"This time things are going to be different.", she spoke in a determined voice as she let those words sink in for a moment, "I know I'm new here but that doesn't mean I'm about to take a backseat to anyone. I will do whatever I can to stand out and have my name on Ernie Parker's tongue when he names the contenders for the Atlantic and Heavyweight Championships. The only way I'm going to do that is by proving that I have what it takes to win this Intergender Tag Team Match. As I said before, that's not exactly going to be easy. But I'm ready to take my stand against the opposition!"
Candy took a moment to collect her thoughts.
"As it is, I have no doubt that Cyrus is coming into this match as confident as ever. He's had countless matches over the years and has fought against opponents that are without a doubt A LOT stronger than I will ever be. So I don't see him being too worried about me. If I were in his shoes, I guess I wouldn't be either. But he should be. Because as of this moment, I am not sure he's ever faced anyone more determined to make this happen. Just think about it. Can you imagine what a victory over Cyrus Riddle, even in this tag deal, would do for my career? It'd speak volumes for sure! So I'm definitely going to be pulling out all the stops that night."
Candy absentmindedly nodded her head some as she went on.
"And if Trixie dares to get in the way of the goal as I'm sure she will being his partner and all, I won't hesitate in taking her down. Just because she doesn't carry the resume Riddle does, doesn't make her exempt. I'll be more than happy to put her shoulders to the mat if that's what I gotta do to pick up the win. Honestly, I'm not really that picky. As long as Zack Fantana and myself are declared the winners that's all that matters. And before we're through, that's what's going to happen! One way or another."
With that, Candy stood up from the bench and looked around. It was almost as if she was trying to see if someone was watching her or not. What were the chances that her stalker fan would follow her back to Vegas? When she saw no one, Candy let out a relieved sigh and went walking off as she shook her head to end the scene. Everything was fine. She was just being paranoid now.
